(Newbie) How to add srt file to m2ts files

Hello, i am a newbie with this so forgive me if a ask stupid questions.I am dutch so my english is not that good. Oke here we go, i use my ps3 as mediaserver. I downloaded a movie and there are several files and one of them called streaming, inside the streaming file there are several files called m2ts. I am dutch so i want to put dutch subtitels with it(have the subs already downloaded). I search for the internet but cant find or dont understand it(lol). Must i put all the m2ts files together and then add the srt file and which program i have to use? If somebody can give me a tutorial for this? Thanks in advance.

Try tsmuxer or multiavchd and make a new avchd from the m2ts and srt that might work on your ps3.
