hi hope anyone can help me asap.

my purpose is converting big karaoke Video (between 100M and 200M) file to about 50M karaoke video.

I can reduce the file size of the file by using WinAVI, IMtoo, and many other conversion software.

BUT, my problem is. after converted, the file's sound only contain music no vocal. OR music with vocal but cannot become switch to only music. Hope you got what I mean.

Is there any conversion software that only reduce video quality without alter any of my sound stream.?
Someone have introduce me to use TMPGENC, but i have try several time. I still cannot get what I want. Maybe I don't know how to do the setting in that software.

    thanks.

If it's a dvd vob use DVD SHrink to shrink it without losing audio tracks. You need the complete dvd with ifo files also.

If it's a mpg try rejig.

Or try autogk or handbrake and convert the dvd vob/mpg to a avi or mp4/mkv with several audio tracks. Under audio be sure to choose all audio tracks you want to keep.
