Help with ogm to iPod conversion

I am trying to convert an ogm movie to IPod format(.mov, .mp4) using Allok Ipod video converter, and I am having issues. I have tried other converters, but to no avail. When I convert the movie, the audio is out of place. Like, the character is screaming, but you hear a calm convo with a another character that doesnt show up untill later. Please help, though I cannot upload the file as it is 700MB.

What converters have you tried? TRY FREE converters like handbrake and ipodme first!

weird, first, i didnt know ipodme even existed, i couldnt find in, second, i will have to play around with the setting a bit to fix the quality, but it worked
