    What kind of video?

    In vdub you can save segmented AVI . You can limit the splits by frames per segment. Since you know the fps (e.g. use mediainfo) , you can calculate frames per 10 minutes and enter that number. Only exporting AVI container is supported

    TDA, VideoRedo will set chapter points on 10 min intervals. They can also be used to segment video - TDA outputs as DVD, VideoRedo as video file or DVD

    Leave video=>direct stream copy , audio=> direct stream copy, file=>save segmented avi . In the checkbox, enter the number you calculated
