BD Rebuilder error

have had sucess reincodeing with bd rebuilder but now i am getting an error when i try. This is what it says - Input BD size: 39.88 GB

Go to the Doom9 website, DVDRebuilder forum. Most of the threads there are about BDRebuilder and JDobbs the developer monitors the thread. He often responds personally.

Had this happen to me, so I redownloaded BR, ran the program as administrator on Win7, and put the work files on the same drive that I run BR from (was using a different drive first time), and that fixed me...kind of strange though. Not working as it should.
