I've killed my Samsung BD-P1620 with firmware update :(

i've killed my BD-P1620... Now i have only a "bluescreen" without anything else.
the player is extrem noisy if i insert a BD
it's possible to reset my BD-Player?
Can i "reflash" my player?
Please help...

the bios(firmware) - "basic input output system" is sort of self-explanatory. without it working there is no input or output.

most likely it's dead unless you can remove the firmware chip and have a technician re-burn the proper code into it. (not likely)

i was in contact with Samsung support and they told me that i have to press down and hold the FF (fast forward) 5 seconds without update CD in the drive.
i've follow the instructions and made the update again. it works! 8)
