Assuming you're talking about VobSubs (IDX/SUB), then VobSubStrip is what you want:

Been working on something similiar, except I am adding English in exchange for Romanian and leaving the Spanish Audio and Video.
My problem is the Menu!!!
I cannot get mine in to replace the old background. I've done the six buttons on the cell. The cell is a still image at the end of 5.
VMG, First-Play PGC
VTST 1,1 TTN 1 (3:11) Title 1
VTST 2,1 TTN 1 (3:11) Title 2
VTST 3,1 TTN 1 (3:11) Title 3
VTST 4,1 TTN 1 (3:11) Title 4
VTST 5,1 TTN 1 (2:34:21) Title 5
I get stuck getting the picture the buttons sit on into Cell 1.It is just a static bitmap. All the software allows to take whats being worked or looked at out. I think I've been reading to many guides, because this should be so simple.
Thanks to you and Les, Eric,Jeanl, and all the AV artist around our small planet.
I take it you're doing more than just replacing the text in the menu? If not, and all you want to do is overwrite the text, then my guide will help:

If you're trying to edit the underlying subpic, then you can extract it using DVDSubEdit and then replace it using the same program. Editing either the menu background or the subpic is up to you, but can be done using many photo editors. And I'll have to say up front that I haven't done much editing of subpics, so I won't be able to help much if that's the problem. Further down, in the replies to the guide, is some guy that had to do it and he explains the process
It was a bit difficult right now.
For one thing Even though the DVD had two subtitles, Spanish and Romanian. The Spanish sub is "off", it has a spanish and an "Off" button. And the Romanian button is hidden. To put the English Subtitle in place of the Romanian and having Spanish as the 2nd audio and subtitle was more than I needed for my first project.
I used your guides and took both Spanish and Romanian Subs out, as well as the Spanish audio. I went with Eng audio only and have English, with and an off button like it had for the Espanol. I finished it and I thank you. Now PhotoShop and Menus are my Everest and Mckinley.
One thing puzzles me though, I have read many guides over the past few weeks and I notice one quote that you have, it comes up over and over. It's "I haven't done much with "...! That impressed me greatly, because for all the A/V you haven't gotten to delve into, whether it is Lab Pro or Edit this and Sub somethin that. It is unmistakable that you sure have been a big help to many of us around this small planet. Thank you.
