Stereo track with only one channel working

HI!
I'm working on a video and it's stereo audio only recorded sound on the left channel.
How can I reproduce the same info in the right channel?
I'm using Premier pro doing the editing of the video and I can use Audition.

You would think the app/proggies mentioned will convert mono-->stereo..I don't know, b/c I don't use those apps..That said, for the audio part, Audacity will do it easily..What audio format are you working with..wav, ac3? etc..
