Hello there, first message here as you can guess![]()
I'm currently using TMPGEnc to encode my video and audio elementary streams, burning them later with TMPGEnc Authoring Works.
I have heard, anyway, that it is better to encode an elementary audio streams NOT with TMPGEnc but with other programs, for better quality results and major compatibility.
Is it true? If it is, what kind of programs can I use for audio?
Thanks in advance!

I've always used toolame.exe (version 0.2k) OR twolame.exe (version 0.3.10b).If it is, what kind of programs can I use for audio?
P.S.: You can configure TMPGEnc to use toolame, instead of its internal MPA encoder.
Heh? I thought TMPGEnc used licensed ac3 encoding?
