how do i remove an angle lock from a dvd

I have a anime DVD with multiple angles, But which angle you see depends on the menu language you select. I would like to make it so that i can switch angle while the dvd is playing but i have no idea how. Please help.

Rip the disc to your HDD with DVDFab HD Decrypter, then use PGCEdit to remove all Prohibited User Operations (PUOs). Burn a new copy to a quality blank disc with Imgburn. (Not 100% sure, but just ripping the disc might remove the PUOs for you - the old DVD Decrypter did this, but not sure if DVDFab does).
