Does anyone know any good way to record streamed video content off the internet with Linux?
I downloaded a tool called flvstreamer, which according to the readme allows you to specify the URL of the flv-player .swf object, but i can't figure out how to use it.

If you are using Firefox then there is an add-on called Downloadhelper. It shows you all files that can be downloaded on a page in a drop down menu and just click on the file you want to be downloaded.
