I might be answering my own question here, but..
I'm capturing files off of my Motorolla HDDVR to my mac via firewire & the AVCVideoCap program.
Now to take that file, a m2t, what I think I need to do is use MPEG streamclip and buy the MPEG-2 playback codec from Apple.
Am I correct?
Thanks everyone!
