Capturing SD DV tape lossless

I have been capturing my HD DV using HDVsplit and it does a fantastic job.
I also have many SD DV tapes and I need to capture those losslessly as well. I tried HDVsplit and the camera is does not capture.
Are there any other Windows based programs (free of cheap) that will capture losslessly?

I use WinDV for DV>Computer transfers. All DV transfers over FireWire are lossless and contain the same exact data that's on the DV tape.
