I currently only know of the Black Magic Intensity Pro. Are there any others??? Are they lower than maybe $300?

Actually are there anything capture cards that can input in HDMI but the output can be whatever... All I want to do is be able to play games in HDMI and really don't care what the output is.
Do you know for sure your game console doesn't use HDCP encryption over HDMI? Most do.
