ssa titles size 28 in Video Dub still small , why?

Please HELP somebody , my problem is:
I created subtitles with SubtitleWorkshop saved titles , with size 28 , for my plan its best size, when i preview it in SubtitleWorkshop they look big , the way i want.
Next step with Virtual Dub open video, add filter subtitler , mytitle.ssa and i see them normal size again , why?
What I have to do to save them with my chosen size???

This field indicates the vertical height of the subtitling screen. Sub Station Alpha was meant to be used with a genlock, so it displayed your subtitles at desktop resolution and the entire screen was overlaid on top of the incoming video. Unfortunately, all of the sizes in an SSA script are in pixels, so the size of the screen is relevant; SSA stores the height of the screen in the PlayResY field.

The subtitler filter assumes that you want to subtitle your video as though it were a full screen, so it scales all measurements in the script to match the screen resolution in the script. For most values of PlayResY it assumes a 4:3 aspect ratio, except for 1024, where it assumes 5:4 to fit the common 1280x1024 resolution. The catch is that if the PlayResY field is altered, all values in the script will be scaled. This is probably not what you want. If you are using Sub Station Alpha, remember that it was meant to be WYSIWYG, so the width of your screen will be shrunk to the width of your video!

But where is that file with those line to be altered? If i open subtitler.vdf with notepad, i see only mess. Where else it could be? Starnge autor says its easy to fix but explains not all.
SOMEBODY IF YOU KNOW HOW PLEASE HELP

I guess you should ad the PlayResY: in the ssa subtitle file. You can also try alter the size in substation alpha(the BEST ssa editor ) and then save as a new ssa.

I am still looking for solution, there was several posts about SSA , but pretty old ones , ond none of the links are working.
Maybe You know the right one.
I will try Your suggestion about add PlayResY: 240 in the ssa , we will see.
When I am looking at the musubtitle.ssa through notepad the size set to 28, as i want it, though.

Solved:
Thanks for help, actually everything is working, I installed VobSub 2.23 and TextSub2.23 filters for VirtualDub, they have options for style ( fonts , colors, size etc.), but strange thing ---now subtiltler by AveryLee its also doing the job, or its after installing new filters or not, can not say now.
