Hello,
I see that SubtitleCreator creates titles for DVD authoring tools such as Muxman, IfoEdit or ReJig, but can they also be imported in Encore and/or Avid DVD or TAW4?

Is there a subtitle creator (preferably free) in which the waveforms of the audio are shown (as in an editor)??

When using Substation Alpha you can import an 8-bit mono WAV file which shows the waveform for use in synching up the subs with the audio. That's how I do it. Aegisub as well. It's more 'modern' so I might recommend that one.
