  1. Part of the rip/cleanup process when using RipIt4Me (still very useful even if no longer supported) is removing "packs".

    What are the "packs" being removed?

    Early versions of Ripit4me required Fixvts also be installed, although I think that functionality was later incorporated into the main program (I haven't used it in a couple of years, so I'm hazy).

    One of the things that Fixvts did was to remove navpacks when necessary. See this link:

    So I assume this is what you're seeing. But it's just a semi-educated guess.
