how to join correctly

ok, I have a 3 .wmv file with !!!!different!!!! audio-video length
for example,
Video stream: 110.774 secs
Audio stream: 111.455 secs
same bitrate, formats, etc

mencoder 1.wmv 2.wmv 3.wmv -oac copy -ovc copy -of lavf -o 4.wmv
4.wmv = very inncorrect synchronization, depend of length(Audio stream)-length(Video stream)
how to join it's correctly?

mencoder 1.wmv -endpos 110
ffmpeg -t 110

for 1.wmv did't help

Try instead asfbin.
