Is there any (preferably free) video browser that plays m2t files. I'ld like to brows through clips as with a photo browser.
Adobe bridge for instance doesn't show m2t.

Not sure what you mean by a browser, but VLC can display decrypted .m2ts video from a Blu-ray disc. And Windows Explorer shows thumbnails of .m2ts files, at least on my system.

Do you know Adobe Bridge or Picasa. That sort of browser, which doesn't open an external player (such as WMP) to play your video or show your pictures. Just the possibilities on HD are very limited.

I do not have thumnails of M2t clips! This is Windows XP Pro.

Winnydows Commander (from the makers of Xvid4PSP) may suit. Not a fan myself, but then I don't really like Adobe Bridge or Picasa, either.

Otherwise you have the full media centre type tools like Moovida etc : http://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/htpc

Downloaded Winnydows Commander. When I open it I get immediately the message: Winnydows Commander has encountered a problem and needs to close. So how can i use the program?

You can try the Smart Mate for Dv and DVB.
It is free if you only browse and review h.264/avchd/mpeg2 format ps/ts/m2ts movies without editing them. Here is the download page
    http://www.fame-ring.com/smart_mate.html
It acts just like ACDSEE, but focusing on movies. Also supports photo browsing and reviewing.
