    Blue Screen of Death

I purchased, downloaded, and installed the full versions of VOB2MPG PRO V3 SVCD2DVD, and downloaded and installed the freebies. (Some of the freebies did not work.) I right-clicked on a newly installed feature that you installed for mounting ISO files: “Load into New Emulated Drive”. It loaded some new software and gave the instructions to REBOOT in a dialog box. I rebooted. Win-XP rebooted and ran almost to the point where it normally presents the log-on dialog screen. This time, instead of getting the log-on dialog screen, I got the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). I rebooted numerous times with the same result: BSOD.

After some effort, I was able to circumvent the BSOD and restore operation. Now I am trying to chase down the source of the BSOD. Your SW is the only software that I have installed recently, and the clone-drive installed even more SW, SW that required a reboot. Is this SW infected with a virus?

I have been using AnyDvdVirtual Clone Drive” for years. It works perfectly.

Any suggestions to pinpoint the cause of the BSOD?.I am afraid of your new additional feature.

    Thanks.

None of my software does this. So it it nothing that "you installed"....

    1: Clone-Drive - not My software
2: None of my software required a reboot
3: Virus: Not my software so no idea.
