I'd like to build a system where I can stream video from my satellite provider (dish network). To my PC and then stream it to a site like Justin.TV or ustream.TV
I've got slingbox and am awaiting for an sound card to do some testing.. But I may opt to build a new PC specifically for this. Can anyone recommend some options? Or possibly a list of parts
