I just wanted to let anyone out there know that MTR 3.0 STILL works, despite the changes made in the industry to confuse those who want to create copies of their own discs (e.g. how ARccOS puts extra fake files inside the disc). So if you attempt to perform a "Full Disc" extraction on some newer discs, you'll only get an error message.
Even a "Main Feature" extraction and "Title-Chapter" extraction (using the often-mentioned Chapter '21' setting on Star Trek XI) didn't work. So while it MIGHT work to some extent with others using different software, it'll often leave the movie out of order, out of logical sequence, or completely unwatchable with MTR.
So for me, I found that using a "Title Set" extraction (if you use Title 9 setting with Star Trek XI: how fitting...) works well when using MTR 3.0.
Unfortunately, there's no way that I've found to look inside the settings and figure WHICH title set it needs (the highest it goes up to for "Star Trek 9" is not 21, but only 16, I think), so the old trick of looking at the Title setting in Handbrake (or the Title used in Apple's DVD Player) doesn't work. Any ideas?

especially since your using an older version of MTR.
For the record, the Title 9 instructions worked like gangbusters for me, and I processed that in Visualhub,
to make an iPod/ApTV playable file."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
