Is Inspiron Zino HD + I-inc iH-252HPB 25" LCD Monitor =HDTV

I should start admitting that this HDTV thing is new to me..

I have just bought an Insprion Zino HD, specs are:
1 Inspiron Zino HD
1 AMD Dual Core Athlon™ X2 3250e (1MB L2, 1.5GHz)
1 4GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz- 2 DIMM
1 Dell USB Entry Keyboard
1 No Monitor
1 Integrated ATI Radeon HD3200 Graphics
1 320GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive
1 Piano Black
1 Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit, English
1 Dell Laser Mouse
1 Adobe® Acrobat® Reader 9.0 Multi-Language
1 8X DVD+/-RW Drive
1 Integrated 2.1 High Definition Audio

and I got this monitor I-inc iH-252HPB 25" LCD Monitor which is HD compatible

I was wondering what do I need to do to use this combination as HDTV? I am using cable/internet.

If you have hdtv through cable (ie espn in hd and other cable only channels) you can only use that with a cable card enabled device. A dvr from the cable company or a tivo with a compatible cable card will allow hd cable (with an appropriate hd channel package of course).

The other option is over the air digital. That will be your local channels in digital.

You need either a dvi cable or hdmi cable to get full hd. If its bluray you're after you will need a hdmi for the hdcp encryption protocol.

You can use a wide range of over the air tv tuners for the computer. Those will work without an issue.

I know less about cable card tuners for the computer. I believe there is at least one for it but I don't know the details. But the over the air will work just fine.
