I apologize if this is not the right forum for questions about TV, but thought about throwing it out here for quick help.

These 3 tvs in 32" LCD, are around $400 plus tax, the Vizio will be $390 plus tax.

    Any preference among them?

My preference would be Panasonic but I would go to www.bestbuy.com to compare features and see what owners say. Make sure it has at least 3 HDMI ports and can pass the 2:3 pulldown test, www.cnet.com has in depth reviews.
BTW: this should be in the DVB/HDTV forum.

In addition, if you have a *lot* of free time, you could research the particular model numbers at avsforum.com - really, some of those threads are hundreds of pages long . Also check and see if there's reviews at PCMag.com - Robert Herron usually does a pretty good job of reviewing HDTVs.
