Help for RDR-HX717

If you have experienced that the harddiskrecoreder has stopped working i can be caused by af corrupted bootsector on the harddisk.

Sony does not have any helpinformation to solve this problem, but it can easily be solved by connecting harddisk of the harddiskrecorder to af stationary computer using an ide-cabel. Then you kan use the program winhex to reestablish the harddrive with the file found here: http://www.2shared.com/file/9282956/f204324a/RDR-HX717-fix.html

I hope this post can help somebody, because it is very hard to find a solution to the problem with RDR-HX717 anywhere.
