    Hi,

    I am converting a .mov to an MPEG-4 .mov. Everything works well, except my 1min45sec clip is changed to a 3min26sec clip with black following the video. I have changed settings several times but with the same outcome. I can't find any correlation between the new length and any possible causes. Any ideas? Thanks.
