Are there any transcodeing programs like DVD Shrink that make use of all four cores of a quad CPU?

The list of true transcoding programs like Shrink is very short, and few are updated any more. All I can think of at the moment are
DVD Shrink (not updated)
ReJig (not updated in some time)
Nero Recode (Commercial, updated)
I actually find that the time difference between transcoding with Shrink, and re-encoding with HCEnc on a quad core is not so great, and I use DVD Rebuilder on the few occasions I still do this.
Interesting comparison GS.

I have never had the need to use commercial tools for this type of thing because the free offerings do such a good job.
