    Is there any way u can convert the DTS from a 23.97 or a 29,97 Frame Movie into a 25 Frame movie ??

    Why would you want to? Why not convert a 25fps movie to 23.976fps instead? And movies aren't 29.97fps.

    eac3to can do what you want, if you have the right decoder installed.
