  1. Hi all,
My WMP11 can play dvd file without problem when sound card's sampling freq is set at 44.1Khz
Right after I change to 48Khz the sound is distorted or no sound although I still can test my sound without a problem.

I do use AC3 filter and set to current sampling freq. and PC is running on Windows XP sp3 32 bits.

VCL still can play the video and output correct sound.

I do have latest Klite codec install and using default option on my pc.

    Thanks for any help

Drop one of the files into Gspot and see which filters and decoders are being used. That's at the 'Render' part of Gspot near the bottom left. I suspect K-like has buggered up your audio codecs. VLC uses it's own codecs, so it's not affected.
