It was with interest that I viewed the recent threads and posts re: DVD fab being unable to rip DVDs. I was currently using the version prior to 6202. With that prior version I was able to rip to my Harddisk a full disk rip of a BluRay movie I had at different times used Fab to view the rip and to also view it as if I wanted to rerip it to movie only. Last week it would allow me to view the rip but would not allow me to view the movie only selection. (time had expired). This week after the above mentioned posts I thought I would re-look at the processes avail to me in Fab.

So, this week I was no longer able to load this previously ripped by Fab harddisk BluRay movie back into Fab. I downloaded version 6202 and no luck with importing the move. Same with 6205. I stuck the origional BD back in my BD rom and it was no longer recognized. Fab indicated that I needed to insert a BLURAY disk and that was it. Now I'm not complaining. I have, for a long time, been using free versions of Fab for DVD rips with very good results. So why would I complain?
Problem now is should I just pony up and pay "ANY DVD" for BD rips or see if the paid version of Fab still works for BD?
It's not a matter of money. I'm willing to pay for either. I'm just wondering what's going on with Fab.
Over the last couple of weeks something has been going on with the Fab software. Either by them or by someone else.

Oh, for all my recent upgrades, the DVD function still remains functional
