    Hi guys,
I use Xvid4PSP for converting my videos. The only problem i have with this application, is the final output file size issue. Is there anyway i can set the target file size? i can do this easily with GordionKnot, but it's an old application.
If the answer is no, can you please introduce me some application which is as advance as Xvid4PSP.
    Thanks in advance.

Yep, click on the E-button under Video Encoding and change the encoding mode to 2-pass size and you can set the output file size easily.

There's nothing you can do encoding to XviD using XviD4PSP that you can't do using GKnot. And in some ways, GKnot is superior, such as its crop/resize ability using the D2V, or the compression test to help choose the resolution and file size. I use XviD4PSP for x264 encodes, though.
