    NewEgg's afternoon "Shell Shocker" deal is a recertified Magnavox RNB500MS9 Bly-ray player for US$80. This afternoon only (Nov 9, 2009).

    I don't imagine it has bd live however....

    Not that I use the feature on my ps3 at all but its nice to know its there.....

    hmmm...based on my experience in bottom of the barrel dvd players they were always pitifully undercooled..so a little hacking and a better fan and they worked great.

    does this have anything to do with this bluray player? I have no idea...but if it starts stuttering/freezing up on you it's time to crack it open and see if you burn your fingers on the chips.
