On 3 movies I have had the same conversion problem, that the movie is ghosting and audio is out of sync.
In the working folder I have noticed 2 new files, a movie fix and a .bad file.

    File 1: movie.d2v.bad

    File 2: movie.fix.txt
    Code:
    D2V Fix Output

    Field order transition: 0 -> 2
    d00 5 0 43008 0 2 1 b0 b0 90 a0
    d00 5 0 55296 0 3 1 d2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2
    corrected...
    d00 5 0 43008 0 2 1 b0 b0 90 a1
    d00 5 0 55296 0 3 1 d2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2 f2 f2 e2
Anybody know this problem and/or how to fix it

    TIA
    Kim

PLEASE give us as MUCH information as possible.

What tool(s) are you using? Looks like megui or some other frontend that uses dgindex.
What movie sources? Downloaded DVD or captured or ripped? Be sure to rip the movies using LATEST DVDfab decrypter or AnyDVD.
    What settings are you using?

Please post more information - what version of x264 are you using? Are you using a UI or command line? What format is the input in - file, VIDEO_TS folder, avs script, etc.?
If the input is a file, please use MediaInfo on it and post the result here

EDIT: Blast, Baldrick beat me to it

  4. The D2V files you posted have nothing to do with your problem. Uploading a small sample of the source (a piece showing steady movement) might help to pin it down. Together with the AviSynth script used.

I don't know what version of x264, I just know it's x264. The GUI is HDConvertToX (latest version) and the source is DVD ripped with DVD Decrypter and movie only extract by CloneDVD or DVD Shrink.
I have tested the movie and there's no problems. only problem is DVD Decrypter doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

I noticed those 2 files because they only appears whenever things turn out wrong and doesn't appear when run smoothly, so I figured they might explain what goes wrong.

It's not a ripping problem, it's a conversion problem in the x264 converter and Handbrake seems to be able to handle it, so problem fixed.

    Thx for the answers

It's NOT a "conversion problem in the x264 converter", as you are not using x264 directly. That's like saying "I have a problem with MP3 decoding because iTunes crashes when I try to play a file".

Glad you were able to figure it out, but, in the future, please try to be a bit more precise in your post title and problem description, as people will be able to help you quicker and more accurately.
