[Archos 605] transform from 720p.HD.DVDRip.XviD.AC3 to Archos format ?

well, i have the video film like subject description and i would like to transform to archos 605 format with FFmpeg on Linux Ubuntu (9.04).

Codec : XVID MPEG-4
Cadence : 25 fps
Debit : NA

-Audio-
Codec : AC-3 audio
Canaux : Surround 5.1
Echantillonnage : 48000Hz
Debit : 448 kbps

I would like conserve all caractiritiques, juste change video dimension like archos.
