Converter with these 2 features...

I'm looking for a all-in-one video converter that has the following 2 features:

1. A preview window showing how the output file will look in terms of aspect ratio, crop, pad, etc. (Xmedia Recode has this)

2. An option to select the output file size which would automatically adjust the bitrate accordingly.

Xvid4psp will show the preview directly and you can set the output file size if you change the encoding mode to "2-pass size". You find the crop, pad, aspect ratio functions under Video->Resolution/Aspect. But it may be a bit buggy under some systems.

Thanks, i'll definitely check that out..... What about for 1 pass encoding?

I think 1pass will show only an approximation of the output size.

I just realized in Xmedia Recode, I can hightlight the video then choose "Options > Bitrate Calculator" then specify the output size and the bitrate will adjust. The few that I have done have came out larger than what I specify so it is just an estimate so I just specify a bit smaller size than what I really want. Thanks to all for the assistance.
