.VOB to H.264 (AVI)

I am looking to convert a large VOB to a AVI/MKV. I want this AVI/MKV to be ~350MB with subtitles. I have tried SUPER, Handbrake and MeGUI. Anyone know a good tool? BTW, this should be GUI based

Do you have a separate subtitle file? Or does the vob contain the sub?

And why didn't handbrake or megui work?

The VOB has the sub. Plus, I can't select a file size in either.

Yep, you can select size. In handbrake under the tab choose target size.

BUT I'm not sure if it can find the subs if you don't have the the ifo file for that vob. Do you just have vob file? no ifo?

Got the IFO too

Choose to open a dvd in handbrake and select the folder where your vob and ifo file is.

If that don't work rerip ALL files from your dvd.
