is there a program that will first cut commercials out of a .ts recording file, and then output the closed caption (srt) from the commercials free ts file?
i tried HDTVtoMPEG2 then ccextractor but the output srt file has wrong time shifted....
how can i resolve this problem?

also i see lines when i'm watching the ts file (ie fast motion). is it normal? is there a tool that can fix the lines?
