    Any good h.264 encoders with directshow decoded file support.

    Does the Mainconcept h.264 encoder support directshow decoded files?

    Yes, Mainconcept Reference does. The older standalone versions did not.

    x264 encoder, and many of it's front ends can use directshow through avisynth (e.g. xvid4psp, ripbot264, megui, etc...)
