I'm about to start with Live Video Streaming and stuck with picking appropriate hardware. Exactly I'm looking for best option between streaming cards offered on the market.
I don't need HD option at the moment, so I'm considering ViewCast card 450e with Simulstream. Important detail - I'm going to use two or more cameras.

1) you guys who have more experience... what you think is this Osprey 450e best solution or there are other cards in that price-range that should be considered? I have to buy a rack breakout box as Osprey AV option also. So my budget is about 2k $US.

2) If there is anybody who use this equipment I would have a question - will Microsfot Expression Encoder 2 recognize all my cameras connected to the card? So I can switch between them during encoding process (inside of Expression Encoder)?

3) if I want to have option to switch between camera one, camera two and a file stored on my PC (for example existing file that contains video ad) - switching all in real time, I mean live during encoding process - and MS Expression encoder doesn't work - what will be your SOFTWARE suggestion?
