    Hi all.

    I wonder if there's any home video software (not pro) where we can convert a normal home made movie (avi or mpeg) into a cartoon like movie.

    Anyone ever did this?

    You can use the msu plugin + vdub
    http://compression.ru/video/cartoonizer/index_en.html

    There are lots of software that perform this effect (and similar) if you do a websearch
