Using MeGUI I want to downscale 1080p video to 720p. Here are details of the video:
Video: WVC1 1920x1080 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz stereo [Audio]
15.9 GB
I'd like to know if my settings are good enough. I go for quality. Here are my settings:
