I want to shutdown my computer at 1230am Mon - Fri and not on weekends. I am running XP. Is there a way to do this?

at 0:30 /every:M,T,W,Th,F shutdown -f -s
I use a program called AutoShutdown it's the best for that kind of things
TheMaster Rules ;)
Poweroff works quite well.
