Hi i was wondering when i boot my dell precision 2300 computer up it loads the desktop with all the icons,then the screen goes black and the icons reload all over again. It looks like there is two things that want to start the computer or it seems. Im running windows xp and theres no problem that comes up to show whats going on. I have tried reinstalling the graphics driver which another person said may be the problem.
