I currently have this Abit Motorboard with the integrated ATI Radeon™ Xpress 1250. It works ok but I have started watching a lot of Blu-ray movies and think the video quality could be better.

I'm thinking about buying one of these cards.

Can some recommend something better then these video cards for around the $100 range or is this my best option? I need to video card to have on board audio processing as well.

    Thanks.

if $100 is you upper limit (which quite frankly buys you a more than decent video card these days) then you may want to go a touch more upscale than the 4650 and get the 4670:

it has everything you specify you want and then some.

Does the ATI Radeon HD 4670 come with the DVI-2-HDMI adapter? Has anyone used an ATI card with this adapter does it work just as good as having it intergated to video card?

The video cards don't come with a DVI to HDMI adapter. Just pick up one those up from www.monoprice.com since they're very cheap. I bought one from them and it works well.

    Gigabyte ATI HD 4350 w/HDMI, $34.99 (MIR card $24.99)

I use that Gigabyte video card with my E8400 system and it's hooked up to my 40inch LCD TV. It's a great inexpensive video card. If you game then get a ATI 4670 video card.

    HIS H467QS1GH Radeon HD 4670, $74.99
