I've tried most programs and plug-ins to Chrome and Firefox but I seem not be able to download this flash video,

unzip in C:\ for example

so you have

run cmd.exe command shell

go in livestreamer folder

cd C:\livestreamer-v1.12.1-22-gd848f48

and paste the code
