Dolby AC3 5 channels - voices are not playing

Hi. I have this video file. When playing with VLC there are no voices, only background sounds. MPC will play the voices but the whole audio is way too low. what should I do? Thanks in advance.

In VLC try change Audio->Audio Device->Stereo.

Or if you want to use MPC or WMP then just install AC3 Filter and boost the audio volume in it.
