Please , Tell me how to pexilate a face with MovingParts filter ?

    http://www.stagetools.com/downloads/PremiereParts.exe

When I load the filter , define the starting frame & the end frame , I get the face pexilated , but it is constant .... I want the filter moves on the face every where the face moves.

I don't know What to do.

You need to use keyframes to control when and where the blur moves. If you are unfamiliar with keyframes (a concept common to most, if not all, editing software), I suggest you do a Google search.

Here's the manual for the software: http://www.stagetools.com/PartsManual.htm

I just did a Google search and found this tutorial: http://www.wrigleyvideo.com/videotut...o_blurface.htm

I'm sure there are other ways too, but this should get you started.
