Using DVDFab6 and tried AnyDVD but neither of them could copy Transformers 2009. Anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

Wait until the maker of DVDFab get hold of a copy and find a solution.

With AnyDVD its a good idea to make sure you are using teh absolute latestest release and they add protection methods and updates between revisions as and when they find new protection schemes
Wow... 2 people that have been here this long and they still don't know where to find the super secret search function....
And it's a good idea to make sure you have the latest version of ANY software ripper!!Originally a member since july of 2001

LONG LIVE TARANS!!!!!!!!
& if that don't tell you anything.....
Who's really the noob ??
In other words, people have already been posting about this problem and "people" would know this instead of re-posting the same thing over and over and over if they bothered to use the super secret search function.....
Ya know, the one that is at the top of EVERY page on this site.

I have been accused and found guilty. I did do a search for the problem but I must not have used the right phrase. I ended up with a couple of them from the old version but no mention of the newest one. I guess it's best just to not ask questions and wait until an answer is found, you might be asking one that's already been asked. Thanks for the heads-up noahtuck. I'll try my best not to make that mistake again.
Upgrade to latest DVDFab HD Decrypter. Released just some minutes ago.
October 27, 2009
DVDFab 6.1.2.5 Updated!
* New: Updated language files.
DVDFab "DVD to DVD":
* New: Added support for a new protection as found on "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen".

then they post the version they are using and it's like 2 months old and 10 versions ago!!

You would think by now they would get it and just stop trying to protect their dvd's.
Think of all the money they would save.
I just put transformers in the search box and got a whole bunch of them 8)

I ripped it with Anydvd 6.5.9.5,seems to work just fine.
It appears the movie is in VTS 08,PGC 7
One other problem,I noticed that if you try to rip from a recordable DVD-ROM it won't even recognize the disk,at least that's what Anydvd reports when reading fails. I put it in a standard DVD-ROM reader and it was recognized without any problem.
Not according to this: http://club.myce.com/f116/free-hd-de...ortant-303605/Originally Posted by Noahtuck
You'll note that the support for new protection applies to 'DVDFab "DVD to DVD" '.
