  1. So here's the deal, as long as I do one film at a time, I have no problems. But when I set it up to batch process is when things go screwy. It will go through all the processes just fine and the output files are ok. But when it runs the end script or whatever that tells you the overall results for each batch the runtime error pops up. When you click ok, rebuilder closes out. Then when you open it back up, all settings have been lost. It says default skins have been updated, all the locations for the encoders have been lost, and so on. So I go to all the trouble of fixing the settings and try to run another file through it, but receive an error saying that my encoder does not appear to be functional. I am using HC Encoder by the way. The first time this occurred, I even went to the trouble of removing and re-installing the program. Evidently that did not help. I could sure use some help here as I have never had this happen before. Thanks.
