I am sure this has been posted before but is there a way to extract the audio from a xvid movie. the audio is out to sync and was wondering if it was possible to get it back in sync. Thanks.

Load the video in virtualdub and open audio/interleaving and enter a value in delay audio track by '350' or whatever amount is needed and playback in vdub to see if it matches, use a - if needed then save as avi, make sure video is direct stream copy selected.
